On the Greenwich Peninsula it all started in 2003 with a meeting between representatives of the Greenwich Multi Faith Forum, the borough's Ecumenical Borough Deans, the Borough Council, and Meridian Delta Ltd (the developer appointed to build new homes, offices and schools on the Greenwich Peninsula and an arena and entertainment district in the O2: formerly the Millennium Dome).
