| Advice : County Ecumenical Officers | 12th Nov '06 |
| The County Ecumenical Officers (CEOs) are very useful as they work to build good networks and aim to provide information to all of the churches. |
They are often well positioned to be the contact person with civic county representatives, including planning authorities. In many cases they are well aware of the planned developments and actively encourage the local church leaders to be involved.
If not themselves, CEOs will often know which Missioner, Regeneration or Social Responsibility officer from the various churches will be taking a lead on new housing developments and discussions at county level.
CEO contact details are on the website of Churches Together in England.
